Who are the 3D Sessions For?
This session is for those who are feeling energetically heavy, stuck, or disconnected—and are ready to return to themselves. Whether you are just beginning your spiritual awakening or already walking the path, this session helps you clear emotional buildup, energetic attachments, and stagnant human density from your field, allowing you to reconnect to divine flow and clarity. You don’t need to be fully “awakened” to begin. You just need to be willing to soften, receive, and allow yourself to be supported. These sessions are more than just a channeled energy session I Also use multiple modalities to assist me, including Reiki & Crystal Healing as I have been certified in these. However the channeling is the largest part of the session which allows me to connect into your energy and feel this as if it were my own, this allows me to not only feel areas that are requiring concentration, but also allow me to feel when through my processes has been fully cleared. I am also able to connect in with your spiritual guidance and request assistance in integration processes as well as physical and mental clearing methods that will best help you shift through the energy, trauma and emotions smoothly, gently and with ease, grace & flow.
Whats Included
1. 30-Minute Zoom Intention Setting This Zoom meeting allows for us to connect and dive into what areas you feel you are requiring assistance in and set any intentions you would like to bring to the session. This can be anything from specific areas and stuck emotions or outcomes. Whilst we don't always get exactly as we intend, setting intentions is a powerful beginning to these sessions. 2. Off-Camera Channeled Energy Healing Session After our call, I will intuitively connect with your energy field, working with: 💫 Your Higher Self and Spirit Team 💫 My divine guides and light beings 💫 Gaia, who anchors and supports the clearing process I focus on the 3D energy body and chakra system, clearing stuck emotional energy, residual trauma, auric density, and lower frequency attachments. I don’t “heal” you—what I do is channel divine energy that brings what is ready to the surface, so it can be processed and released. This creates space for higher frequencies to enter and helps the system return to divine flow. 3. I intentionally choose to conduct the quantum healing and frequency activation off-camera because it allows me to give 100% of my energy and focus to the work without the distraction of being observed or worrying about time constraints for the client. This channeled work often unfolds in layers and can take up to 2 hours. I would never want you to feel like you need to sit and wait while I move through the multidimensional field. Your time is precious. You are not required to be present during the session for the healing to take place. If it feels aligned, you are welcome to take a moment to sit quietly and connect with yourself and your guides during the time of your session. However, because this work is quantum and multidimensional, it is not bound by linear time or physical space. You do not need to be still or present for it to be effective. Whether you are resting, sleeping, or simply going about your day, your soul will receive exactly what it needs in perfect divine timing. Whether you're consciously tuning in or doing something else entirely, you will still receive exactly what your soul is ready for, as though we were in the same room together. This sacred setup ensures both of us are held in the highest frequency possible. And in that space, miracles unfold.
